For clay keychains, pins and necklaces, if they’re damaged (within reasonable use), you can return them for a free repair. However, you would have to cover the return shipping cost.for regular sculptures, if they’re damaged after the arrival, and you wish to have them repaired, a repair fee will be charged based on the extent of the damage

(1) submit a commission form
A form will be posted on social medias when commissions are open. submit the form with your character and the commission type.
(you’re welcome to ask for the exact price to be estimated before submitting the form)(2) discuss the details
Once I’ve selected the characters, I’ll contact the commissioners to discuss the details, for example: pose, expressions, any additional items or base, etc.(3) payment
Once I’m ready to work on your commission, I will provide the final price including the shipping fee.(4) sketch
I’ll make uncolored sketches on paper, to confirm the pose and expression. (For regular sculpture), or flat-color digital art(for Tamagotchi keychain)(5) sculpting(6) coloring(7) finalizing & packing(8) shipping
Once the sculpture is completed and ready to be shipped, I will ask for your name and address, and ship the sculpture

*For every step, I will confirm with you before proceeding to the next step. Once you approve a stage, no revisions can be made to previous steps. (example : you can not ask to change the pose when sculpting has begun.)

sculpture lost:
If your country allows regular packages to be insured, you can get a full refund or having the sculpture remade. (insure fee will be paid by me)
If your country dosen't allow regular packages to be insured, you can choose the more expansive express mail and have it insured, or choose regular packages without it insured, in that case, lost package will be refund only up to 40 SDR

sculpture damaged:
If your sculpture arrives damaged, you can request a partial refund based on the extent of the damage. or return them for a free repair.
